CONTRACT RATE PLAN FOR: Australian Sikh Games - Victoria Sales Events

PERIOD: 01 MARCH 2005 to 28 FEBRUARY 2006

Rates apply at all Hertz Corporate and participating licensee locations throughout Australia.

ACCIDENT DAMAGES EXCESS (ADE)

Rates include Collision Damage Waiver* (CDW) which provides cover for accident damage to the Hertz vehicle and or Third Party Property. An Accident Damages Excess of $700 applies on all groups except Group F, P, K, X & G where an excess of $1500 will apply. For further details refer to your contract and clause five of the attached Terms and Conditions or as printed on the inside cover of the Rental Wallet.

An additional Single Vehicle Accident (SVA) excess applies in Country and Remote locations.

KILOMETRE ALLOWANCE Metropolitan: Includes unlimited kilometres.
Country: Includes 200 kilometres per day, excess kms at 25 cents. A $5.00 per day surcharge applies in all country areas.
Remote: Includes 100 kilometres per day, excess kms at 25 cents. A $10.00 per day surcharge applies in all remote areas.

PROTECTION PACKAGE Is optional.

ACCIDENT EXCESS REDUCTION Is optional.

STAMP DUTY Is not included in the daily rates.

GOODS & SERVICES TAX (GST) Is not included in any rates or charges.

AIRPORT CONCESSION FEE RECOVERY Is not included in the daily rates.

OTHER CONDITIONS Vehicles U, F, P, K, X & G are available at selected locations only.
Rates are commissionable
Qantas Frequent Flyer points are available on this rate.
