Transport - Will be provided on 24/3/05 from Adelaide to Renmark. Leaves Adelaide at 12 noon from the Granada Motor Inn, 493 Portrush Road. Main Games Dinner - The dinner will be held on 27/3/05 at The Renmark Club, from 7pm until 2 am. The cost of dinner is AUD $60.00 per person, payable at the door. A discount of $10.00 will be given to those who book and make payment by 1/3/05. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Draw Information - Please note that the Games Organising Committee has thought long and hard, and decided that all team sports will follow the "Round Robin" format. This will allow maximum and equal participation by all teams against each other. This will determine their position on the ladder. The top four teams will qualify to play the finals in each sport. The duration of the games maybe reduced by officials to suit according to the number of entries received in that sport. This will be advised at the Managers meeting on 24/3/05.
